Love the design - much easier to sleep in an airplane/train seat than the horseshoe neck pillows. Having it wrap around the front really keeps your head from falling.

like most travel pillows, it is bulky to pack, but it rolls up smaller than what you'd expect.

Luv it . It’s great neck support. You can sleep upright in this with no head bombing or neck pain. The storage bag is too small. It’s hard to fit in the bag but the snail is well made and cover can be removed and is washable.
